Secret Squirrel comes from the highest quality fruit grown in our estate vineyards in the Red Mountain, Walla Walla Valley and Yakima Valley AVAs. It is fermented by native yeast with extended maturation in concrete and French oak.

We pursue our favorite wine styles and these will vary from vintage to vintage based on what Mother Nature provides us. Our current vintage offerings may include:
Wonderfully complex, the nose shows aromas of lilac, violet, rose petal, blackberry, mulberry, raspberry compote, clove, sandalwood and cedar box. On the palate the wine is vibrant, fresh and focused with delicious flavors of spiced quince, cranberry, dried fig, wild fruit, tobacco leaf and tar. Plush and fleshy with supple tannin, great energy and lingering finish.
Intensely fragrant, deep and dark, the nose shows massive complexity. Classic aromas of cassis, black olive, sage, eucaplytus, underbrush, oregano, fresh thyme, spicebox, aged tobacco leaf, roasted coffee and wet earth. The palate is wonderfully dense, rich and layered with lifted blackcurrant, dried plum, fig, creme brulee, anise and black olive with expansive tannins.
A wildly expansive nose shows off wonderful herbaceous notes, tea leaf, mint, eucalyptus, pomegranate, olive brine, rubbed sage, fennel, dried red currant, Christmas spice, vanilla bean and cocoa powder. On the palate, this wine is deeply complex, well-structured and delicious with flavors of dried plum, rustic red fruits, blackberry, dusty tannins, cedar and a lingering finish.
